How to Clear Limiting Empathic Energies and Distorted Beliefs Held in the Body

All humans are empathic. Ever had someone riding your bumper while driving and then speed up to get out of their way and then find that you are now speeding as well even after they have passed you? Welcome to the world of empathing. Ever stand in line and the grocery store and then when you leave you realize that you are now in a very funky mood and when you entered the store you were happy? You empathed someone else’s energy!


To clear someone else’s energy from your field all you need to do is say “return to senders” three times. I suggest doing three sets of three for a total of nine times. I suggest that you say “senders” in the plural because you may have developed a habit of taking on other folks limiting and distorted energy from other occasions or even other lifetimes. This clears all of these energies at one time.


This is a really good form of mindfulness. When meditating, scan your body and when you feel the most prominent place of dis-ease or density within you, ask “Whose energy is this?” If your energy sensorium becomes larger and lighter then you are dealing with an empathed energy which you can now easily clear. (See above)


On the other hand, if you experience your subtle energy sensorium contracting and becoming more heavy or moving down, then you are dealing with a distorted belief or point of view that you hold to be true. Clearing that belief requires a three step protocol. To start, ask “what is my point of view”? Your point of view will pop into your head. Trust your ability to directly "know" what it is. Example: "No one really gets who I am and I will always be alone”? Once you have the point of view, say “interesting point of view, I have this point of view” three times. In doing this you are owning it.


The final step of the protocol is the repeat three times these two sentences: “Everything is the opposite of what it appears to be. Nothing is the opposite of what it appears to be.” Note: only the first word changes in these two sentences. In saying step three out loud, you are dissolving the limiting belief. Do not try to go find it. Do not tell your life stories that all confirm that point of view or you will bring the energy of it back to you. Just let it all go.


Consider letting this be a form of active meditation for you to clear out all the limiting points of view and empathed energies that you hold within you. They are the source of your suffering and dis-ease. As you dissolve them you will attain more spaciousness. clarity and energy and your body-mind-spirit will heal.
